La clasificaci\u00f3n de los productos o servicios es irrelevante para determinar si existe similitud entre ellos; lo importante es su naturaleza, finalidad, canales de comercializaci\u00f3n, complementariedad, uso conjunto y p\u00fablico objetivo.
